Every meeting a service holds, from a morning handover to a multidisciplinary review to a board meeting, is set up, held and written up inside the system: the agenda, who came, the minutes, the decisions and the actions, tied to the people and records it was about. The action lands on the right person's list and the record shows it was done.
The same is true of the rest of the paperwork. A medication round produces the MAR. An incident produces the register entry with its statutory notification already worked out. A month of daily notes produces the review. The rota produces the timesheets, the timesheets produce the payslips, and the invoice goes out from the same record the care was delivered from.
The workflows map to the CQC Single Assessment Framework's five key questions, so the inspection return comes out of the record keeping rather than being reconstructed from it the week before somebody arrives. The audit trail is a tamper-evident chain, which means an entry cannot be quietly edited after the fact. Including by us.

Your records, on a UK server, encrypted, and yours to take away
Personal data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit over TLS 1.3. We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The platform meets WCAG 2.1 AA, with high-contrast modes, scalable text, sensory-friendly palettes and switch access. We operate to Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001 and NHS DSPT controls and say plainly that we are not certified against them yet.
Our server sits with Krystal, a UK B Corp whose data centres are matched 100% with renewable energy, and a tree is planted every month for every customer. If you leave, an organisation owner exports the lot as one encrypted bundle without asking us.
